Shipping And Receiving
Packages for functions may be delivered to the Hotel up to one week prior to the event/convention.
Arrangements must be made through your Catering/Event Manager for storage. Please note that the Hotel storage facilities are limited.
The hotel discourages guests to ship any valuables as we cannot be responsible for the same.
Please ensure that all shipping taxes and customs are paid in advance as we are unable to accept packages with outstanding customs fees.
We also recommend that all items are properly referenced.
